Is it just me, or is an extraordinary amount of that redacted ? What possible justification could there be for a Head of State being engaged in so much that is unsuitable for public consumption ?

Just had a quick look for an anomaly and I’ve got a weird one, as far as redaction goes.

Look at April 2nd 10.30am, it’s a visit to a school for the visually impaired but the main text is blacked out. Why? Probably mistake but I can’t understand why 15 minutes here and there is so sensitive as to necessitate a public servant running through the entire diary with a black marker.

And for my last question, who decides what’s in and what’s out?
